Terms of Use

1. Service

MyPadelScore is a padel score counter for Apple Watch, iPhone and iPad, published by AMIT Solutions. Scoring is free; MyPadelScore Premium is an optional subscription.

2. Premium

Premium costs €2.99 per week, €4.99 per month or €24.99 per year (prices vary by country and are shown in the App Store). For new subscribers the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple account; refunds are handled by Apple.

3. Use

Personal, non-commercial use only. Scores and statistics are aids; official results are decided by the referee or organiser.

4. Health

Heart rate, energy and distance data are indicative and not medical advice.

5. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AMIT Solutions is not liable for data loss or indirect damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
